The newly built Ewa Beach townhomes in Ka Makana at Hoakalei are taking shape near the entrance to the resort.  They are located adjacent to the first tee box of Hoakalei Country Club, the best and most highly rated private country club and golf course on Oahu.  The townhome models should be open and ready for pre-sales starting in the next month.  Exterior of the units are stucco and have a totally different look than any of the other previous townhomes built by the developer, Haseko, such as Ka Makana Townhomes, Fairways Edge, Spinnaker, Ke Noho Kai, Ke Aina Kai and Mariners Place.  All of these new townhomes will be available for purchase using your Hawaii VA Loan Entitlement.  For more information and to get put on  the developers list of interested Buyers, please email or call me.

The long awaited construction for the permanent clubhouse at Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach, Hawaii is slated to begin in 2016 with completion by the end of 2017.  Members have been waiting 7 years for the clubhouse since the Ernie Els designed golf course opened back in 2009.  When Japanese company Hirakawa Shoji purchased the golf course in 2014, the momentum that had stalled for so many years has finally picked up.  The course has undergone many upgrades and improvements since Hirakawa Shoji purchased the golf course.  The Members are happy to see all of the work being done on the course and the proposed plans for the new clubhouse, locker room, club storage, cart barn, restaurant under the design of architect Peter Vincent.

For the first time in several years, the Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) is decreasing for all pay grades for Oahu, Hawaii.  That includes military members stationed at Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hickam AFB, Pearl Harbor, Marine Corps Base Kaneohe and Barbers Point.
