Ka Makana at Hoakalei Brand New Townhomes July 2016 Ewa Beach, Hawaii

The long awaited construction for the permanent clubhouse at Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach, Hawaii is slated to begin in 2016 with completion by the end of 2017.  Members have been waiting 7 years for the clubhouse since the Ernie Els designed golf course opened back in 2009.  When Japanese company Hirakawa Shoji purchased the golf course in 2014, the momentum that had stalled for so many years has finally picked up.  The course has undergone many upgrades and improvements since Hirakawa Shoji purchased the golf course.  The Members are happy to see all of the work being done on the course and the proposed plans for the new clubhouse, locker room, club storage, cart barn, restaurant under the design of architect Peter Vincent.

Two New Home Communities To Be Built in Ewa Beach, Hawaii August 2015

There will soon be two new home communities in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.  Gentry Homes has already begun excavation of the land that will be home to “Coral Ridge“.  According to my sources, these homes will be similar to the style of homes found in Ewa by Gentry Sandalwood and Ewa by Gentry Latitiudes.

The 2nd new community will be golf course frontage homes on Hoakalei Country Clubs 16th fairway.  The homes will be located in the “Kuapapa at Hoakalei” subdivision.  Three new models should be opening sometime within the next 30 days.

Both Coral Ridge and Kuapapa at Hoakalei are eligible for purchases using your Hawaii VA Loan Eligibility.
