Hawaii Military Realty Property Management does not accept properties in any condition except Above Average Condition or Excellent Condition.  We have a strong reputation to uphold with only keeping new and newer homes in our inventory of available rentals.  That is one of the main reasons why all 50 of our properties are currently rented.

With our military connections from the units we retired from (25th Combat Aviation Brigade at Wheeler Army Airfield and 2nd Brigade Combat Team of 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks) we constantly have a new influx of Service Members looking for homes for rent in Hawaii.  Our property management department gives them a place where they can go to and be sure they are going to get a nice, clean functional home to rent in Hawaii.
