Sergeant First Class Jeff Loyd is joining the Hawaii Military Realty team.  As a resident of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, Jeff will specialize in Property Management in Ewa Beach, home sales in Ewa Beach and home purchases in Ewa Beach and across the island of Oahu.

Jeff will be retiring from the United States Army within the next few months but has already started his Hawaii real estate career.

Sergeant First Class Jeff Loyd was born in Okinawa, Japan.  He entered the United States Army in October 1990.  He attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Advanced individual Training at Fort Gordon, Georgia.

Sergeant First Class Loyd’s assignments include: Avionics Mechanic for C Company 2^nd Aviation Maintenance Company, Camp Stanley, Korea; Avionics Shop NCOIC for HHT 1-7 Calvary, Fort Hood, Texas; Avionics Shop NCOIC for D Company 2-2 Aviation Regiment, Camp Stanley, Korea; Avionics Shop NCOIC for F Troop 1-7 Calvary, Fort Hood, Texas; Assistant intelligence Analyst for HHT, 1-7 Calvary ISO Intrinsic Action 97-01, Kuwait; Avionics Shop NCOIC for F Troop 1-7 Calvary, ISO Operation Joint Forge, Bosnia; Shops Platoon Sergeant for D Company, 78^th Aviation Regiment, Camp Zama, Japan; Senior instructor/Writer for 3^rd Staff and Facility Company, United States Army Aviation Logistics Schools, Fort Eustis, Virginia; Division Liaison Officer, HHC, 25^th Combat Aviation Brigade ISO Operation Iraqi Freedom, Camp Speicher, Iraq; Joint Operation Center NCOIC, HHC 25^th Combat Aviation Brigade ISO Operation Enduring Freedom, Kandahar, Afghanistan.  Sergeant First Class Loyd’s current position is the Combat Aviation Brigade Battle NCO, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii.

Sergeant First Class Loyd’s military and civilian education includes: Avionics Mechanics Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Non Commissioned Officer Course, Instructor Training Course, Small Group Leaders Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, and the Battle Staff Course.  Sergeant First Class Loyd holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Central Michigan University.
